Beardsmore Associates Ltd is a long established firm of Quantity Surveyors. Based in the North West of England, we provide a professional consultancy services to the construction industry in the fields of Social Housing, Healthcare and Private Speculative Developments.
Beardsmore Associates Ltd has established itself as a leading provider of local and national building industry knowledge. As Construction Consultants we offer independent and objective advice on construction methods to budget, monitor and control costs and time involved in building projects. We have the capacity to undertake projects of all sizes and complexity for all types of contracts up to the value of £10m.

Beardsmore Associates Ltd are experienced in providing advice in respect of the CDM Regulations 2007 and provide CDM Co-ordinator Services in all aspects of the construction field including new build, refurbishment and planned maintenance schemes. The work is undertaken by registered members of the Association For Project Safety
